The Austin Police Retirement System (APRS) will be conducting an election for active members of the Board of Trustees, based on the requirements stated in Section 3.03, Article 6243n-1, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes. This year, the active police officer member election will be for one (1) police officer member position whose term will expire effective 12/31/2025. As in the past, this year's election will be conducted by electronic balloting and active members should look for communication in late November from an external election vendor, Intelliscan, Inc., so you do not miss instructions on how and when to cast your vote.
