Your IRS 1099-R form will be mailed by Northern Trust by January 31st. Information concerning health insurance premiums paid throughout the year are on your December paystub.
Active Members:
The Retirement Statements will be mailed by APRS by January 31st. If you have not received it, you can request a copy by emailing [email protected]
or calling 512-416-7672. Please also review the back side of the statement for your current listed beneficiaries and be sure to update any changes to your beneficiary elections with the System.
Forward DROP and PROP Members:
APRS will mail the Forward DROP and PROP Statements around February 29th. If you have not received it, you can request a copy by emailing [email protected]
